As a valued member of our team, your role will encompass providing essential support to our advisors, planning associates and fellow team members engaged in delivering top-tier investment management, financial planning, and tax planning/preparation services to our clients. Your contributions will extend beyond client interactions to also encompass the smooth functioning of our daily operations, including aiding in special projects as directed by our Operations Leader. Reporting directly to the Operations Leader, you will play an integral part in ensuring the overall success and efficiency of our Milestone team.


Bachelor’s degree: Must be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently and stay productive; self-driven.


2-5 years of experience in a financial services office. Experience with the following technology is helpful:

  • Office 365
  • Sharepoint

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Advisor Engine F/K/A Junxure Cloud
  • Orion
  • Sharefile

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Bedford, NH

Salary: $55K-$70K. Salary based on experience, plus a Company profits-based bonus structure based on your performance and the opportunity to buy into the firm at a heavily discounted price after five years.
