Operations Manager

Jessica joined Milestone Financial Planning, LLC in 2021 and serves as the firm's Operations Manager, where she leads strategic initiatives designed to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and elevate the overall client experience. With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, she brings a deep understanding of operational infrastructure, workflow optimization, and service excellence. 

In her role, Jessica plays a critical part in ensuring that every client interaction reflects Milestone's commitment to precision, responsiveness, and high-touch service. She works behind the scenes to refine systems, support advisors, and implement scalable processes that allow the firm to grow while maintaining a personalized client experience. 

In addition to overseeing operations, Jessica also leads the firm's marketing initiatives, helping to shape brand strategy and communication efforts that align with Milestone's values and long-term vision. 

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.  Outside of work, Jessica enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.
